Aesthera vs a Contact Form
Aesthera is an embeddable widget for medspas and aesthetic clinics: a visitor uploads a photo, chooses a treatment, and leaves their contact details to see the preview.
A contact form collects a name and an email. Aesthera asks for those details before showing a treatment preview on the visitor's own photo.
| Contact form | Aesthera | |
|---|---|---|
| What the visitor does | Enters a name and email into a form. | Uploads a photo, chooses a treatment, and leaves contact details to see a preview of themselves. |
| What the clinic receives | The contact details submitted on the form. | Contact details plus the treatment the visitor explored. |
| When contact details are shared | Before the visitor has seen a result. | Before the preview is shown. |
| Setup | A form placed on the site. | One iframe, about five minutes, on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, or a custom site. |
| Photos | A contact form does not collect a photo. | Clinic-widget photos are used to create the preview and deleted within 60 minutes. Aesthera does not keep a copy. Photos on the public demo may be kept with no personal details attached. |
